Whilst we support local Australian retailers all orders are delivered directly from Santini HQ, Australia & New Zealand wide. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15 for purchases totalling under $100 and FREE shipping for purchases totalling over $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 1 and 3 business day. For back ordered items, we will contact you to advise the delivery date. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 3 business days to metro locations, and between 5 and 7 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory, depending on your location. New Zealand shipping times are estimated between 2 and 3 weeks please note overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights may affect delivery times.
Delivery time for custom garments, pre-orders and made to order collections vary from the above. Custom garments can take roughly 7 weeks to design and produce before delivery. Made to order collections can take 2-3 weeks to order and deliver. For pre-orders, please refer to the expected delivery period listed on the collection’s homepage.
We understand that you might change your mind about the products you have purchased. Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost, excluding items from pre order collections, made to order items, sample items and masks. All garments must be returned via post to Santini HQ, whilst we support local Australian retailers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges via Santini Stockists.
Products you are returning must be in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging. Please ensure you do not compromise the original packaging or tags otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. You may return the item for a full refund, excluding face masks and sample items.
Having a Santini Australia account is the quickest and easiest way to manage returns. If you have an account, please sign in and lodge your return in the purchase history tab.
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to lodge a Return request in your Santini Australia account, and place a new order on our website. This circumvents potentially lengthy periods for shipping and processing, and ensure you get your new item as soon as possible.
If you checked out as a guest, please get in touch with us via email and we will provide details on how to return your product(s). All items are to be returned directly to Santini HQ for processing.

Please return your goods within 30 days of successfully receiving your item. Return items with all packaging - include all product tags, labels & original packaging. Santini Australia will process all returns within three (3) working days of receiving the returned goods back. We recommend that you use a trackable service as this helps you and Santini Australia locate your parcel.
The above policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations. Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed above. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.
All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval. Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after Santini Australia has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
All Santini products are covered by a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase, to the original retail purchaser. The product will be covered by warranty if found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship and has only been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions under normal use and reasonable care, not including wear and tear. Product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
How to Claim
Purchased Directly from Santini Australia:
If your product was purchased directly from Santini Australia via santinisms.com.au, please contact us at email@example.com with your proof of purchase and accompanying photos of the product. These will be assessed by the warranty department and your claim will be processed accordingly.
Please DO NOT send or take your product into the supported store you selected when checking out on santinisms.com.au. Whilst we support local stores with every order, all orders are processed at Santini Australia HQ and the supported stores cannot facilitate the warranty request.
Purchased from another Australian Retailer:
Your warranty will need to be claimed through your original place of purchase. Please contact the retailer you purchased from, who will process the warranty on your behalf.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
